Fished Pt. Mugu from 7:45am to 9:30am. Really slow. Only got a couple bites. My friend caught a walleye perch in the surf, that's it. Moved to Hollywood beach, tried fishing Bill Hartman's spot near Rudder Room Tavern. Nothing. I think there's corbina bites in the afternoon.
