LA Harbor Sportfishing - San Pedro - March 29th
The Seahawk LXV with an excellent trip to San Clemente Island
as 14 passengers sack 17 Yellowtail, 25 Red Snapper,
43 Whitefish, 4 Sculpin, 1 Halibut, 21 Calico
Bass and 54 Rockfish. The Yellows were caught off the westend around the 9 fathom highspot. The fish a big 18 to 26 pounds and are eating the yo-yo iron between gray light and 8:30 AM.
Boats fishing Catalina Island today managed 4 White Seabass between them, but reports indicate the Island is ready to bust open! The moon is coming up and I would be suprised if the White Seabass turn-on as we head into the weekend.
