Coral Sea 3/4 day

Nice day across at the islands for us today folks. We got off the dock today with a full boat of 25 anglers and headed across the Santa Rosa for the day.

We started our day on the shallower end of things and found a few spots that bit ok for us with nice quality fish however many spots we tried in that zone were extremely slow.

We started working down into the gap and were able to find a few stones that kicked out a few nice go around on good grade Coppers and Reds along with a few Lingcod along the way. Our anglers worked hard at it all day and in the end everyone has nice bags of tasty fish to take home.

Our 25 anglers ended the day with 41 Reds, 157 Copper, 52 misc. Rockfish, 1 whitefish and 21 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea has a spot or two left for tomorrow on there 3/4 Day trip and the Stardust is going 1/2 Day fishing with a light load. We are 1/2 day Thursday, Friday & Sunday. Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564or visit our website to book online.

Stardust 1/2 day

Hello everybody here is your 1/2 day report for the stardust. Got off the dock today with a very light load of people and headed to our local 1/2 day areas. We fished around a lot today in different depths and found fishing to be fairly steady in most areas. We caught some reds with a lot of assorted rockfish and other mixed species.

Our bite came to a slow around noon and we struggled for our last few fish but ended up getting our rockfish limits plus a few other types of fish so our passengers were happy.

For our 5 anglers we caught 10 reds and 40 assorted rockfish, 2 ocean whitefish, 1 sandbass and 1 lingcod. Stardust is running a 1/2 day tomorrow with lots of room. Then we are 3/4 day Thursday/Friday & Sunday. Please feel free to book spots now for upcoming trips on our website or call the Sealanding at 8059633564.
