I put a post on the Float Tube/ Kickboat Forum, but i think this better suits it. I live right near Spring Lake and i do a lot of fishing there. I wanna get into swimbaits to catch some big fish. I dont know alot about it so i dont wanna spend lots of money yet. I came across the Big Hammer swimbaits, and with all the pics of Rob with those fish makes me wanna try. Anyone know if these would work at Spring Lake? Wat colors? Size? Depth?
What about all the lakes in general. Im never sight fish, but would these work for a slow retrieve? I have 2 colors. (Invader, Speckled Trout) which one would work better. Please reply i need some help!
Thats such a great article. Good job Rob, but i wanna hear some personal experiences from people fishing these colors in the 5" model. Where and when do u want to fish them too?
Hey Jdub we live near each other(Im in sebastopol) and wanted to know if you wanna hook up and go to this place i fish. Its a killer little spot and lots of good fishing. Ive been following what youve been saying about spring lake and thought you might like to go where you can actually do some catching when your fishing. The drive takes about 20 minutes from my house. Im going this Sat and Sun. I figured why not invite you. Give me a call if your interested. 824-1270.
