Hey John!
As for the Launching/wieghing location....If your looking out onto the lake from shore you mean the beach on the left of the boat ramp? Because if you mean the beach to the right, it has a wicked drop off right now. The area to the left of the boat ramp has room for a number of cars and is perfect for launching. Not really sure of where you mean, but just thought I would put my suggestion in.

hmmm dont recall any dropoff's on the right side. We plan to get in right next to the marina. I will be up there early friday and will check the area out. If we do move over to the other side of the ramp. I will be sure someone is on the marina side in the morning to let people know to drive to the other side. We are prenty easy to find. Thanks for the heads up. See ya there

I could be wrong....but it seems to me that it was a bit steep there....I could be thinking of further over that way though...because I usually launch from the left side of the launch ramp. Either way, its all really close to each other that no one could miss anyone else there......
Do you guys have any problems with some one fishing with us that isn't entering the tourney? He just wants to fish an hang out....If he doesn't flake!! ;)

Looks like you can count me in. I plan to stay in my RV in the campground.
NOTE: if anyone wants to sleep in the bed up front, I'd only ask for $15 per night to share expenses. They should allow me one parked car in my site, which I'll try to get as close to the launch site as possible.

Hi Jeff,
I'll be bringing my mini-RV as well. The only downside is the sites near the lake don't have hookups, so you'll have to dry camp and use the generator all weekend. I'll probably just camp in the parking lot (it usually is the most level spot). See you there...
