Who wants to go catch Mr Big fin this weekend ? Im going some where to find the biggest fish in the world. I plan on hitting the water some time around 8 or 9. I don't even know where Im going yet, shoot, I might even go hit a river.

I may try to hit Spring Lake on Sunday AM & see if that Duclos fish from '97 has gotten any bigger. Anyone know when the gates open?

Sunday might work well for me as long as I don't party to much Saturday night. I just might see ya there Andy.

I'll be at spring saturday but probly not sunday. They usually open the gates between 6:30 and 6:45. Occasionly they open right around 7:00 but not to often. I always go in the snackbar side. Not sure which side they open first. Good luck on sunday.

It was pretty slow. I caught a 4.8 lb'er on a crankbait & lost one on a jerk bait. Didn't appear that anyone was catching much of anything, although the water conditions looked good. Visibility is about 4' or so, & the water temp ran f/ 51 - 54 F. The weeds aren't too heavy (yet).
