I don't know how set you are on having Round Table Pizza Saturday afternoon? But......

Would you be interested in substituting Round Table Pizza for me to come and Bar-B-Que some Tri Tip, bring some salads, Garlic Bread and some Beans?

So far I have estimated about seven (7) pounds of Tri Tip. If someone does not eat Beef I could also throw in a couple of Chicken Breasts! :P

Let me know and I will post my decision.

Well, JC, you guys smoked me this year so I am not fishing. I would bring things in just for Saturday evening and drive home that night. No work, no hassel for the TOC Anglers, all taken care of but Drinks!

Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Snap Peas and Sweet Peppers) with Dill and Onion Dips
Potato Chips & Corn Chips with Lipton Onion Sour Cream Dip.
Garlic Bread
Potato Salad
Green Tossed Salad with Ranch or French Dressing
Corn on the Cob with Butter, Salt and Pepper
Baked Beans
Eight Pounds of Tri Tip from Cost-Co that will be Smoked and Bar-B-Qed to Perfection: Yum Yum!

I have plenty of food for wives, girlfriends, family etc. and possibly even some more for a couple of stragglers.

Dinner will be served about 5:00 PM, but dips and stuff will be ready about 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM and ready to go!

Looking forward to some good bags and some nice Big Fish records for this TOC. Go get them guys and good luck! Congratulations for making it to the SCBBBC's 2005 TOC!
