***There's been a grisly discovery in the Sierra Foothills.

Divers have recovered three bodies, apparently the victims of organized crime.

Searchers pulled the bodies from New Melones Reservoir near Sonora. At least two had been weighted down.

An FBI probe into organized crime led investigators to search lakes in Tuolumne and Calaveras counties. Agents suspect that New Melones is a dumping ground for mob victims.

The body of a man found in the lake last October may also be related to the case.***
