There are several outfits on Ensenada Hrbr sorta close by the fish market. Cabin cruisers will run you about $650 - $700 (American) during the tuna season and around $500 the rest of the year. Price can include bait as long as you get that clear before you step aboard. Pangas and small boats are available, too (for less). Some have good gear to loan and others are marginal, at best. Party boats run out of there, too. Bring lunch and refreshments. You can just show up as early as 2 a.m. and a "hawker" will set you up. I hear the hawker gets $50 commission. Good idea to get a license beforehand(though I've never been checked). I take my own gear. The best craft I've fished there is the AZTECA. The LUCKY II was a good one though they didn't take care of our albies very well.
