Other than durring the spawn what sort of effects do you think the moon has on fishing? discounting all other factors (including tidal influence),
* Do fish feed heavier or have higher activity levels on certain moon phases and less on others?
* Are certain classes of fish more or less effected than others?
* How about feeding times durring the morrning/day/evening/night?
* Do you think fish feed more or become more active when the moon rises or sets? What about directly overhead or underfoot?
*Does moon phase effect how fish relate to structue or cover?
*Can the moon cause fish to suspend or roam around?
*Can the moon have a nagitive influence? I hear people using the moon phase as an excuse all the time.
*What is your favorite moon phase to be fishing when conditions are perfect.
The list goes on and on. I have been wondering about lunar influences for years now. I am convinced that the moon does have an impact on our fishing not quite sure how or why or even what that influence is, but the moon does have an influence on the fish we try and catch. Just wondering what you all think about that big rock in the sky.
