I have not been down to this lake in maybe 12 years. Used to be just awsome for nice bass and huge Bluegill. It was surrounded by reeds so you really needed a car topper or float tube to fish here. You had to drive about a half mile on bad dirt roads to get to the water. Usually you would be the only boat on the lake all day long. Using a trolling motor you would slowly move along and throw worms or Johnson minnows along the edges of the tules and man, did we catchsome nice bass! Some guys put a bunch of Florida Bass in here from the San Diego lakes and I'll bet they are huge by now. There are bike and hiking trails all around it and new homes close by. Anyone know anything about fishing here?
