Went out to Los Banos game refuge last night and got to take out my raft with my trolling motor for the first time, worked great. Caught a huge carp, a 2 and 4 pound channel cat, then in the morning I hooked into one small bass. The cats were biting on shad, and the bass on a small pink and white Crappie Jig... Haven't been able to locate the larger bass that I know are out there, if anyone has some info on this for me I'd love it, I do have access to a lot more water now that I got the motor mount for my raft, so I'm hoping to hook into some big bucket mouths here soon, thinking of trying some live shiner next time around. Wish me luck...
