I cant say too much about their graphite but for crankin its all about these rods. For what your lookin for I'd go with the XCF705R. I've had mine for about 7 years and still havent found a better replacement. Many think glass is outdated, heavy, and not very sensitive, but that isnt the case with these rods. I rarely miss fish on this rod compared to graphite. Loomis rods are great but overpriced in my opinion.
