Hey Josh, we met at the Long Beach Show. Surprisingly I didn't have no luv with the hammer. I was surprised because I use them at Cachuma and they work great. I tried a couple of different colors but couldn't get anything. The needle fish was top producer, followed by the LC pointer and the Repala deep diver. If we would have had all the rigs trolling hammers I am sure we would of got bit sooner or later. I have great confidence in the Hammers. Fall is a great time to fish Strawberry so I have been told. If you only catch 5 or so of those cuts in an hour they call it a slow day...incredible.:o
