Fished the Wittengerg arm pretty thoroughly from my float tube from about 6am until the wind was too strong at about 11am. The water is down a couple of feet and a lot of moss and weeds along the shoreline. Fishing was pretty slow and I only saw one bass being caught, it was on a jerkbait along a steep rock wall. I heard that it was better up on the Lopez arm.
