I stopped by the lake on the way home to get a few hours of fishing in. Wittenburg arm has really let me down the last two trips so I decided to fish Arroyo Grande arm instead. I split time between a senko and a white/chartreuse spinnerbait. I don't know what's going on with the senkos for me because I just can't make anything happen on them lately. I ended up getting a 2lber and another one a little smaller on the spinnerbait. I did hook a fish on a senko while I was jerking it across the surface right before it got dark. I really wasn't expecting to get anything that way, so I got a lame hookset and lost it.
