Hello,

I am new to this area.
I would like to go fishing to a place close to Fremont (not quarry lake).
If possible I would like to go to a place which is not in a East Bay regional park (I don't want to pay for the additional license). Also if you know a lake which do not have the 4$ parking fee it would be great.
I am mainly interested in trouts.
