Fished Castaic West Ramp today. There are very few trout left however the Shad are all over the ramp and the cove next to the ramp. A few guys caught some smaller Largemouths on live shad. I went over to the cove to through an AC Plug for Stripers...And across the cove I see a guy hooked into something big...

He ended up landing a 30# striper on a live Shad. That was the only Striper caught that I saw.
