Made a solo mission to the lake tonight after working all day. I fished across from the marina in some of the<BR> little no name coves on the other side. Right away I nailed two fish on the AC minnow. It was like pull up,<BR> couple casts boom, then firing away down the bank and boom again. They were both about 2lb and came<BR> out of deeper water. After that it slowed down as I worked towards the dam. I had a solid fish, looked about<BR> 4lb come up and give my splash it a once over but didn't buy it. Then as I'm working down some rocky banks<BR> I see a catfish about 10lb. I kept moving and all of a sudden four more huge cats bolt from under the boat.<BR> Pretty soon I realized they were everywhere. Just for fun I tried to get them to bite a big black jig but they<BR> wouldn't do it. After wasting some time doing this I landed one more dink bass on the splash it around 8:30<BR> and headed home.
