cudas are safe to eat. with the thousands of cudas being caught each day during the wfo cuda season that happens each year, you would think that you know of atleast one fisherman with that ailment.

the cuda are pretty good to eat. on the party boats people just toss them into the bait tank, leave them out, or do what i do, leave them out and occasionally soak them (this works out the best because they get soggy when left in the water. also, if you can, you should bleed them.
