Fished the harbor today at Dana Point (bridge). Morning was slow for us, but not for the guys next to us who caught like three of four calicos, and a short hali. Picked up a little at around 11:00. Anyway, fish count's 2 WSB, both just a little over legal. 2 Spotfins, one was about 19" and the other was twice that, I'd say about 30", and guessing at least 8#. Biggest damn spotfin I've seen in a while. A rubberlip perch, smelt, tomcod, and a couple mystery fish. Fishin's pickin up there, but no halis and calicos today :(. I never see anyone here post about DP. Does no one ever fish there???
