Looks like you've already got some good advice on grub colors. The Mojo, Kalin, Yamamoto and Berkley power grubs work well. You also might want to vary the retieve a little. I used to primarily slow retrieve and let the current carry the grub naturally where other food settles(works well), but now I also medium retrieve to cover more ground especially when trying to find the fish. Good luck, the surf fishing has been great recently!
