Well, curiosity killed the cat and me too. I bought myself 300 yds of P Line X-TRA STRONG 4lb test cxxfg. Loaded it on my little Shimano 4000 Senora Spinner.

There is a minus tide around 7:00 A.M. Sunday so I will get my fresh mussel and sand crabs. Looking forward to some Surf Perch and Corbina action. I'm sure I'll be a nervous wreck until I get that first Corb beached! :7
