Frank,
I've got a pump that plugs into the lighter so that ain't a problem. check http://www.sanquintin.com for some info. The hotel uses well water for the shower so you can't drink it, and the place runs on a generator from 7 am to 12 midnight, so in the mornings it'll be like flashlight style. The boats look absolutely killer though. I talked to the owner and he's a really nice guy and sounds like he really runs an honest operation. Must've spent all the money on the boats instead of the hotel!!! But, they do have a restaurant and a complete tackle store including at least fire irons, salas jigs, diamond jigs, tuna feathers, rapalas, cedar plugs, terminal tackle, and other stuff. That's just stuff that he mentioned to me. If Daniel and Brian can't go, I'd still be totally down if I could get somebody over 18 to go with me. It's basically set up for 4 anglers/boat and 4 guests/room, so if we go, it'll have to be either 4, 8 or 12 guys. That also cuts down on costs, splitting it 4 ways instead of 3 or 2 or whatever. All said and done I think it'll end up costing around 750 per angler including food, gas, mexican licenses, tip money, tackle money, spending money etc. (although I know at least for me, tackle money and spending money are one in the same...) I think 8 would be a perfect number, but if we could get 12, why not? Man, I'm gonna have to get my ass a job now, that's weak. Maybe I'll talk to Merit or Jason... I'll email you with some more info (and anybody else who's interested).
-Brian
