Does anybody in the Santa Barbara area want to join me for some perch fishing, Sunday morning before the Super Bowl?

Low tide is at 1:45pm, so I'd like to get out earlier in the morning, maybe like 8-9am?

Or, doesn't even have to be perch fishing, but I don't have a boat or tube so I was thinking of surf fishing unless someone has a boat and wants an extra passenger to pay for bait ;-)
