Got there at gray light. First cast resulted in a bonie. The current was going pretty good. Not much people out today. Didn't even see a single skiffs out of daveys. Two ladies passed me in those tubes with a seat high of the water as they went fishing at the bait barge. They even got a trolling motor rigged to thier tube. Pretty neat. Wonder how they did? I was going to go over there too but saw all the dogs in the water. Got a total of 7 fish (2 sandy, 2 calico, 1 spotty, 1 wsb, and 1 bonie). Would've love to get a hali also but didn't. All fished caught on 3" big hammer in senorita pattern. Also they were all CPRed. Out of the water by 9:00 am.
