I've been giving bass fishing a little break and spending a ton of time inside the bay going for halibut lately. It hasn't exactly been wide open, but if you spend enough time, the fish are there. Last week I fished for seven hours and had one bite that turned out to be just legal. This weekend I fished both days and landed one halibut again. I got lucky and dropped my bait right on a big one's head. This sow went 41 inches. Thought you guys might like to see some pics.
