Fished Newport Today. I overslept and didn't get out until 10:30, which is too late to do well I guess. I had 5 spotties, one small, and 1 that was about 3lbs. On 8lb it was a great fight trying to get it away from the dock it was trying for. I also had 2 small sandies and a smelt that took a zipper worm on a 2/0 jighead (never seen one that hungry).
