I'm thinking about fishing 3 or 4 days in Puerto Rico for Tarpon. I just read the article about it in this month's Sport Fishing magazine and that got me psyched to go. I'm looking for someone who might be interested in going in Feb. or March to share charter costs, which if shared would be about $140 per day.
