TX, Jerry, Those elusive fish get me all fired up. We used to go up in tight inside the Avalon wreck and the stick on a high tide, and the water had to be off colored. The fish are hard to get in but if they are there it's fun. Back then we fished the sabas. I'm sure the lack of squid is why we are not hearing any seabass dope. I'm sure they are in the area. we've been spankin the freshwater bass lately so I haven't gotten out on the ocean in a while. I'm gonna go over to Catalina on wed or thurs with 100 lbs of fresh frozen and see what I can find. The troll motor dr is doing surgery on my 782 so I'm gonna have to give the largemouth a breather. Good fishin. BURGIE
