The shore fishing has been red hot this week, with many fish over 10 pounds being caught from the shore at night, and during the day also.

Small (six and seven inch) swimbaits bumped along the bottom have been working well. I have been pouring some old school jighead type swimbaits for my guys that have been working pretty good. They have been using 3/4 oz. 6/0 leadheads on the 6 inch swimbaits.
Below is a pic of a 11.57 pound fish caught yesterday.

It is still really cold here, and the water is still in the low 50's.
Must be that global warming thing...
