As per their website:

"This weekend, an 8 pound bass was caught on the Red Viper Fishing Snakeā„¢ by Tim Fey of Dr.Phillips, FL who later discovered the fish had swallowed a real snake before being hooked. That's one snake-loving fish. Unfortunately, she was stressed and bleeding heavily, therefore ended up going home. We strongly believe in CPR and release 99% of all our fish."

Call me crazy, but if you open up a fish to see what they ate, I couldn't possibly expect anything but for the poor fish to be "stressed and bleeding."
