That is a true trophy for California. Way to go John. I fished with John a couple of times and have been on the lake with him many of times. John and his father are good people. I don't think that fish is ten pounds according to the boga grip reading on the video but it is a solid nine pounder. A bass fisherman friend on mine pointed that out to me. I went and got my boga and sure enough it was a dead on solid nine pounder which is a trophy anywhere.
