#26661, "Culling issue (IMPORTANT)"

I have been in contact with DFG and BBAC for the last month or so about the culling issue that has been discussed over and over again. To make this short BBAC is meeting with the DFG commission next week to discuss moving forward. BBAC met with DFG last week as well and everything is going very well. BBAC is in no way trying to get the rule overturned but rather have the annual/event permits allow tournament anglers to cull once they have 5 fish and continue to fish for bass. After speaking to both parties it is in the best interest of BNT and all tournament org's to go to a 4 fish limit until this is worked out. It would be very bad to stir the pot and keep 5 fish and continue fishing while BBAC, B.A.S.S and FLW are trying to get this worked out.

Effective today 3/8 BNT will have a 4 fish limit and we will go back to 5 as soon as I get the go ahead from either DFG or BBAC. They don't expect this to drag on much longer.
