I"m posting this hoping that somebody has experienced this too
while fishing senkos I have poped my hook right off 3-times now on missed strikes??? My line is new ...just spooled it up! ..14lb
original stren...I am not sure the name of the knot but I have been using it my whole life and landed some really big critters on it! ....Salmon.. and salty's over 100lbs, heck just the other day I was cought on a tree at the bottom and I attempted to break it ....I couldn't I pulled the whole damn thing up!!.....same thing with reeds I usually rip them out before it will break ...but when I set hook and miss GONE?? ...anybody have this happen?
