#38608, "Tubing Lake Sonoma"

I was looking for some useful 411 from all you North Bay types. I'm a relatively new float tuber; I've fished mostly Santa Rosa Ponds. When looking on the SCBBBC website I saw that they launch a tourney out of Yorty Creek. There’s no wake in the Creeks, so do you guys venture out of Yorty into the other creek arms, or just stick to there. I'd like to get a taste of float tubing some bigger impoundments and this looks like a good place to start. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.; I've got a second pair of breathable waders that end up filled with water by the end of a session. Is there any quick fix like scotch guard or something? Just to have a backup for a buddy or whatnot. Thanks.
