#1394, "Livewell debate"

Here is the response I recieved from Sir Dink.

Paul,

Your livewell will fit right in. I did the volume calculations and reworded the livewell requirements as follows.

SD

8. All tubes & kickboats must have a livewell. All bass shall be kept in a livewell. Livewells must meet or exceed the following dimensions: All livewells shall have a volume of approx. 5400 cu.in. minimum. Example; A floating livewell of 17-inch diameter, 24-inch height =5444 cu in. A Rectangular livewell of 22" x 17" x 15" would be 5610 cu in.

Homemade livewells must be pre-approved by the Tournament Official. This can be done via phone or e-mail. no stringers or floating chain baskets allowed.
