I recently had to call Okuma in regards to a rod I had broken a few weeks ago. And lemme tell ya, their service is TOP NOTCH !!! :-) I spoke to a gentlemen named Ron and he was on top of things from the get go. They took care of me quickly, and had my rod shipped super quick ! Not only does Okuma make great products, but they have the customer service to back it up and to me that's worth it right there. I would recomend purchasing Okuma products to anyone interested. You'll get your moneys worth and then some !
