There are a ton of places to launch your kickboat and go fishing. I would suggest looking at the past locations of BNT tourneys and then doing a search on the location on this forum make sure you select the float tube forum when you do your search and you will find detailed instructions on how to reach the places, what techniques and baits have worked in the areas etc.

To join BNT then all ya need to do is show up at a tourney with tube and livewell and 25 bucks and go fishing. They are a great time.
