Hey, Chris, that's a great write-up -- thanks for sharing it with us. It's great to know you're not forgetting your 'tubular' roots! You're obviously on the right track (and living all our dreams, you must know!). Just keep your head up, your nose to the grindstone...and with your end-goals always in mind, you can plow right through any obstacles or setbacks that are bound to pop up here and there along the way.

That's great to hear about the Dobyns rod connection. I've got a couple of his signature 'CRO' rods from a few years ago, and they're pretty much the best I've got -- and I'm betting he's got his new line even more dialed in than before! You're on to a good thing there, and I'm betting you'll have a few more patches on that T-shirt ( :+ ) before you hit Amistad in February!
