Went out with Swampy Saturday in his boat. Met at Rivers End but they weren't launching there (too much hyacinth) so we drove over to the Lazy M marina. Easy launch there, right at Italian Slough where we were thinking of fishing. On the water by 9:15 or so. Beautiful day: sunny, warm, and no wind. Unfortunately for me no bites either. Swampy picked up one on a blade I think but I did not get touched all day. I tried spinner baits, jigs, a rip bait, and a brush hog. Can't wait to get out again!
