Rich, As Mitch said you were stuck in backlog. Your TBF is active but FLW is not. 4/9 invoice was processed by TBF on 5/19. TBF has sent info to FLW and the waiting game continues.

Sal, You have been active by both TBF and FLW since 2/9. The problem with you is I did not change the default setting on the extranet for magazine delivery preference. I left it as EMAIL it should have been USMAIL. I changed it now and it will take up to a week before it shows on the FLW side. I can get you all back issues and you should have them in about 2-3 weeks. Sorry Sal.
I checked all the BNT members and everyone else was USMAIL.
