11 anglers on a 3/4 day coastal trip caught 18 Reds, 10 Sandbass, 1 Ling, 15 Calico bass, 1 Barracuda and 80 Rockfish.

My son was out today. He said the fishing was primarily on plastics. Browns and greens with red heads worked best. the bass were biting on the sink. Some of the Calico's that were caught were very nice grade fish. If the plastic got to the bottom it was a rockfish or red pretty quick. The bottom stuff was average size. The 1 Barracuda was caught on the plastic. They had a few boiling around but were tough to get a bite. Jackpot was a nice Ling caught on the sardine. Several short lings were caught during the day. All and all a nice day out on the water.
