It's about time that he got popped. I've seen it myself on multiple occassions.

"caught on four piece baits, casting"

SIKE! J/k

but seriously this sucks, that would be a disgrace to me and if he were my prostaffer he'd be gone for this.

Jerry Thorensen of Bishop, CA, a pro-staffer for Rago Baits, was cited for using live trout by the game warden at Willow Beach yesterday 8/11/07. He had a 27 lb. striper Friday and 3 large striper Saturday morning that were seized by Nevada wardens for evidence. He had live trout swimming around in his ice chest in his boat at the dock. The wardens apparently were using a spotting scope to see Thorensen pin on the trout and catch stripers the marina operators said. We were in another boat and stopped at the marina and saw the bust. We know members of the Nevada striper club had been watching Thorensen and Rago for a few months when they saw them drifting and not casting or trolling. They saw them casting spinners for trout and later drifting and catching stripers. They were registering large stripers on every trip to willow, but were using live trout and not plugs, now we know.
