#2171, "Recommendation of bass boat refinisher in East Bay"

I recently bought an '82 Champion bass boat. It's in good shape but since it's so old it could use a new gelcoat. Does anyone have a recommendation of someone that provides such a service in the bay area. I live in Livermore.

Thanks in advance,
K.C.

Thanks Lake. Gave em a call and he informed me given that she is so old that I should talk to an automotive painter since it would be much more cost effective and they really can't do gel coats as it's a process that has to occur during the manufacturing process. Very help and I appreciated his candor. Probably just buff it out and enjoy as is. When I make my millions I will get something all shiny ;-)

So another question for you. Do you have any trustworthy boat mechanics that you would recommend for yearly engine maintenance, et al.

thanks a million,
K.C.
