Fished the Pudd this morning. On the water by 0900 and off by 1400. My buddy and I caught seven fish each. Bed fishing was slow, most fish are spoked. A variety of plastics worked. Tried to fish a little deeper but did not have any luck. The biggest was 4 1/2 lbs.

Shore fishing is sore fishing at the Pudd. All though I have caught fish from the shore, I seem to do better in a boat. The shore getts ponded everyday and so do the fish spawning with in eye sight of a shore fisher man.
I caught most of them on the flats across from the launch ramp and along the dam. Of course you need a boat to gain acess to those spots.
I saw alot of big fish swimming around the area but not relating to anything. I talking 8 to 10 lbs. PIGS!

The water was still murky, however you can see about 4 to 5 feet deep. And yes the water still has all that dust/junk on the surface but its all on one side of the lake.
