I went to Castaic lagoon Sun. 11-9-03. Not like it was 3 days before that. I got 1 hit & no fish. :-( My friend got 2. But, he really had to work for it. I heard from some guy who had been going frequently since the 2 trout plants & has seen people keeping beyond their limits. Some people were tossing back ones that were throat hooked, which = dead fish. The trout must have also spread out & went deep (I guess)? Oh well, I wasn't trying hard anyways.

Too bad the Trout did not want to bite... bummer , but it still better than stuck at home doing the Honey-do . I did plan to go there but could not make it :( .

i went today and caught 9 though i hooked 10... that one i snapped my vanish flourocarbon on and lost my rebel crick hopper...all around 1-1 1/2 lbs.... nice on light gear

Must have been my lazy hours? after 10am. I did try for bass & saw a huge bass cruising. It had to have been over 10 lbs. for sure!

i saw a smaller one going around but there were tons of baby bass the guy said htat they ate bluegill.... i havent seen those so far...
