Last year a buddy and I spent 1-1/2 days of a week long trip here. We didn't hike very far. I got a 24" Rainbow and we caught several small browns well within a mile of the campground. We're going back 9/2-9/6 and taking hiking gear. We'll be dropped off and picked up. My question is should we hike upstream or down? Is there a place that we could hike to and be picked up easily? If anyone here has ever hit up this section, which way do you reccomend? We'll be using spinning and fly gear and will be practicing CPR.
