water is still dirty and chilly.
my buddies water pump failed so we fished a couple of coves close to the main ramp. tried dragging a lizard over a few sandy-looking areas for just a couple of tugs on its tail. maybe the next full moon will perk things up a little.
we talked to about a dozen folks and they were all in agreement:
sloooooooooooooow....but a beautiful day. :)

Fished a tourney there 4/2 and it was pretty warm with mild winds. A lot of boat traffic! We only nailed 3 on blades & plastics. Quite a few limits were weighed in, big fish was over 9lbs. The key for the winning teams were that they fished very shallow.
