just for kicks today after school i went over to hidden lakes to see if any thing was going on...well i did see one respectable fish, probably 4# or so, but he must have saw me first and swam off. no signs of bed or fish in the shallows yet...so my question is when do they start normally? maybe i'm just to anctious (sp) becuase of the warm weather, but it seems to me they should start in the next couple of weeks or so.

At least in Socal, this full moon, combined with the weather, nice and sunny, has the fish moving up as we speak. This week will give up some hawgs, hopefully at least one for me. I have made this weekend all about the hawgs, I plan on spending the whole weekend chasing them.

If not the bedding fish, the fat girls in pre-spawn are hanging out waiting for my invite to the party!
